The Ascaso Steam Lever is designed to enhance the overall function and aesthetic of the original knob. The 2-piece design allows one to keep a steady workflow by converting the twist knob into a on/off lever. Aesthetically, the form takes inspiration from it's simplistic styling from the espresso body while adding a little fun to the mundane on and off motion.
